However, we value your satisfaction and want your experience with GoldenShield to be the best it can be. For this reason, refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:

  • A written refund request is submitted within 14 days of the purchase in question.

  • The request clearly states the reason for seeking a refund.

  • The issue is deemed valid after review by a GoldenShield team member.

 

Our team will carefully evaluate each request and determine if an exception can be made. Approval of refunds is solely at GoldenShield’s discretion.
