GoldenShield, its founders (William Clark, Nicolas Chimicles, Andrew Kichline), officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages,

  • Financial losses, identity theft, data breaches, or fraud,

  • Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities,
    arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our Services.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with GoldenShield’s Services is to discontinue use.

 

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, logos, text, images, and software are the exclusive property of GoldenShield and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the software solely for personal use.
